Despite advertising the hotel has air conditioning, there was no air conditioning. It was turned off because it was not hot outside. We were told to open the double glazed window. Motorway noise and biting insects with window open. The …

Rooms are hot and stuffy. The WiFi is dreadful for uploading photos. 0.3 Mbs. Despite advertising it has airconditioning, the A/C is turned off in mid October. Male staff seemed sympathetic but the woman seemingly in charge said "open the window". No insect screens, right next to A7/A9 with traffic noise. Little sleep because too hot in room. We were offered a refund if we wanted to cancel and find another hotel. Not an option to go looking for another hotel at late notice. Woman was emphatic that all hotels in France turned off A/c in October. It was an unpleasant exchange with her calling my wife a crazy woman when she asserted it was falsely advertised to claim airconditioned. She did apologies for calling her crazy but was very aggressive in stating hotel policy.

Had a good stay for 1 night on 26/27-2022 as an in between stop on our route to Spain. Wanted to give 5 stars but due to a minor occurrence 2 stars dropped of the chart. Many international traveler’s stay here, but the menu is in French language only. NO English menu card whatsoever. We asked the waiter for an English menu but he didn’t speak English and pretended he didn’t understand. In our best efforts in partly French to explain what we wanted he looked agitated, turned around and left us behind. After 10minutes of waiting, till somebody else showed up, we asked for another waiter whom actually did speak English and explained us what was on the menu. Not much can be done on the attitude of the 1st waiter by the Management Team, but you can arrange menu’s that are written in English. Lets see next year 2023 if they read the reviews. For the rest our stay was pleasant enough to come back!

Nice place to spend your time when you need a hotel at route de soleil. The reception staff is amazing. You’ll be received very friendly in 6 languages and they will do everything to help you. We need a charging station for our car. The …
